Job Responsibilities: Oversee the design and engineering of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for diverse projects. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and condition surveys. Develop construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and calculations. Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors. Manage project budgets and schedules. Contribute to business development initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain with NCEES record). 8+ years of experience in mechanical design for commercial and residential projects. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Proficiency in Revit and HVAC load calculation software. Strong knowledge of building codes and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
