Job Description: Linked Light Pulse is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, supporting management, and ensuring daily administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars for team members. Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism. Maintain accurate records and organize files. Order office supplies and oversee inventory. Assist with meeting preparation, including booking venues and arranging materials. Support special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required. Benefits
