We are seeking an innovative and creative Corporate Tender Pricing Specialistto work within our US Tender Team and help to enhance our tender management processes in a high-energy and fast-paced international logistics environment.
Candidates are preferred to work at our Savino Del Bene office in Chicago, but the position is open to candidates sitting anywhere near a Savino Del Bene office in the United States.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyze and evaluate new tender opportunities Assist with the entire bid process for selected proposals, bids, and tenders Work the bid strategy in close cooperation with sales, procurement, and management Assist with proposal schedules, expectations, and assignments throughout the tender process Compile technical and commercial response documents Submit RFQ / Tenders through tender platforms Prepare content for and attend bid/proposal client meetings and interviews Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained in the tender/bid application Participate in customer tender launch meetings / tutorials (when applicable) Review & analyze all documents (SLA, RFI, NDA, Bid-Sheet) Initial (T&C) terms & conditions redline to be sent to finance & legal, if needed Discuss strategy with product management, sales, senior executives Monitor tender platforms updates, Q&A, etc. Provide general management of the process with internal & external deadlines Monitor closely internal/external deadline Collect rates from product management, & global associates Coordinate, assemble, & complete bid-sheet Audit rate outliners Aid with bid downloads & uploads to tender platforms Communicate/work with tender platform owner of challenges/issues Establish tender offering (email or platform) confirmation number Assess round 1 offering vs round-2 offering Assess round offering(s) vs target Participate on conference calls when require Work alongside with business implementation team relating awarded business Other duties as assigned Requirements

Strong analytical and time management skills Problem-solving, creative thinking Clear, efficient communicator Leadership skills Collaborative mindset with an understanding of each individual pricing objective as it relates to our overall success of the bid Excellent attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Microsoft Office knowledge, high proficiency in Excel Position preferable resides in Bensenville, Illinois Willing to relocate to Illinois if needed, on own expense Offering:
