Equipment Used : - Hoyer lifts - IVs - PEG tubes - Trach care - PD and wound care management EMR : Yes Job Description : We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Acute Inpatient Rehab Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities : - Administer medication and perform basic med-surgical nursing tasks. - Provide direct patient care, assessment, and planning as part of a collaborative team approach. - Support patients recovering from various medical conditions through rehabilitation processes. - Utilize specialized equipment, ensuring safe and efficient patient handling and care. - Document patient care and progress accurately and timely in our EMR system. - Uphold health and safety standards as defined by policy and regulatory bodies. Required Qualifications : - Must have a strong background in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) care. - Experience in Med-Surgical or Telemetry nursing is preferred. - Must have current licensure and certifications relevant to nursing standards.
