Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Management Manager to join our 737 Program Integration Supply Chain team in Seattle, WA. The Boeing Company is seeking a manager to lead the Supply Chain Management Analyst team to ensure on-time parts delivery and integrated supply chain support for Flight Test, Lab Test, Lab Test & Fabrication Assembly Set-up & Test (FAST), and Boeing Additive Manufacturing (BAM). Own day-to-day supply chain management operations, part and supplier coordination, and process improvements. Position Responsibilities: Manage and integrate employees' activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals Acquire resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manage, develop and motivate employees Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): 3+ years of experience working in a role that required strong interpersonal and communication skills 3+ years' experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Processes 3+ years of experience in managing or leading people or teams 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): 5+ years of experience with warehousing vendor management operations 5+ years of experience in managing projects 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry 5+ years of experience leading or managing process improvement projects 5+ years of experience in performing data analysis Bachelor's degree or higher Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
