The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the firm's comprehensive CRA performance monitoring framework, ensuring that the company meets and exceeds its CRA objectives. This role involves close collaboration with various business lines to understand and meet CRA requirements, as well as serving as a subject matter expert in strategic CRA data analysis. The candidate will be expected to have a strong background in data analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence others to achieve business goals. A passion for community reinvestment and financial empowerment, along with a curiosity for using data in innovative ways, is essential. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a preference for those who have worked with CRA, HMDA, and related regulations. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and a Master's degree is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and experience with CRA Wiz, Tableau, and ArcGIS is advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of data technologies and solutions and how to leverage them to meet business needs. Responsibilities also include spearheading the preparation of CRA examination materials, building strong relationships with regulators, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in data analytics. The role demands a strategic thinker who is detail-oriented, can manage multiple projects, and work effectively under pressure.
