The Business Sr. Lead Analyst will also be involved in staff management, including resource allocation and handling staff issues, and will be a key player in the organization's data and analytics solutions, ensuring that critical information is summarized and provided to the executive team.
Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in global and complex settings, with a background in analytics and/or strategy consulting. The role demands a leader with general management skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and a strong focus on financial control and program/project management. The Business Sr. Lead Analyst will be expected to work with diverse teams, partner across the organization, and establish best practices for the decision management function globally. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred, and the candidate should be adept at assessing and managing risk in business decisions.
