About the Role The Company is seeking an SVP, Global Head of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead the development and execution of its most critical external partnerships. The successful candidate will be a high-impact, commercially savvy leader with a proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or similar roles, preferably within the digital advertising ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving growth and innovation, requiring the ability to navigate complex ecosystems, influence senior stakeholders, and lead transformational deals from ideation to execution. Key responsibilities include building and scaling a global strategic partnerships and channel sales team, establishing scalable processes to support rapid partnership growth, and defining the global strategic partnership roadmap in alignment with company priorities.

Applicants should have at least 12 years' of experience in the field, with a deep understanding of digital advertising, particularly in retail media, programmatic advertising, or data partnerships. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global organization. The SVP will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating partnerships that unlock new revenue opportunities and enhance product capabilities. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of structuring and closing high-impact deals and will be adept at collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the operationalization of partnership opportunities. Fluency in multiple markets and business cultures is essential, and an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
