EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or financial field
  • Minimum 5 years of elevator experience in production, design, installation, or service
  • Proven expertise in data analysis and root cause investigations
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Technical mastery in defect identification, correction, and containment
  • Experience in coaching system usage (Benchmark or similar systems)
  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification or training
  • At least 5 years of continuous improvement experience
  • Effective in a matrix organization and motivating others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to deliver results within organizational timelines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Black Belt certification
  • Project Management Professional experience
  • Experience in cross-functional quality roles or leading process improvement teams
  • Data analysis experience

This role involves implementing and maintaining systemic quality focus through defect data collection and analysis, partnering with geographically distributed teams.
