Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a home address outside of Arizona and submit a copy for verification. Position Details: - Experience Requirement: Minimum of 24 months of current experience in a Pediatric Emergency Room is required.- Certifications: Active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS, must be included upon application submission.- Background Check: Candidates must have no Nursys Hits and adhere to specific compliance requirements.- Travel Experience: Preferred but not mandatory. Submission Guidelines: - Please ensure that the cover page is completely filled out, listing all facilities, facility sizes, beds, trauma levels, and units where you have experience.- A skills checklist tailored to your discipline should be included, dated within the last year.- An active license verification should be no more than 30 days old.- Flu vaccination status must be noted, noting that declinations can be applied for via the provided forms.- All requests for time off must be included and should not exceed 7 days; RTO will not be approved during the initial two weeks of the assignment or during holidays.
