The ideal candidate will possess at least 24 months of current experience in a Pediatric Emergency Room setting. This position requires a strong commitment to providing top-notch care to pediatric patients in various emergency situations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in emergency situations.- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate patient records.- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and treatment options. Qualifications: - Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Pediatric Emergency Room experience.- Licensure: Active nursing license in the state of practice (verification must be less than 30 days old).- Certifications: Must have current certifications including ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, and BLS (AHA) included in submission.- Background Check: No Nursys hits (Clean background check required).- Vaccination: Must provide flu vaccination status; declinations can be applied for (please reach out for forms). Job Requirements: - Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. A copy must be included in the submission.- All requests for time off (RTO) must be noted in the highlights section and cannot exceed 7 days.
