With a dedicated team of 15+ employees, including professionals in estimating, project management, and field operations, they focus on delivering exceptional results while growing together as a team.Job DescriptionAs the Quality Control Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Construction and manage a team of eight. You'll be responsible for ensuring all dry utility installations (power, telecom, gas) are executed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and accuracy. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage quality assurance programs on active job sitesConduct regular inspections and audits for safety, regulatory compliance, and installation qualityEnsure adherence to project specifications, construction drawings, and industry standards (OSHA, NEC, NESC)Develop and maintain quality control documentation, checklists, and reportsIdentify quality issues and implement corrective actions in collaboration with field and project teamsTrain field crews and supervisors on best practices and safety complianceMonitor materials and equipment for conformance with approved submittalsLead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesSupport project close-out with accurate as-built documentation and final quality sign-offsFoster strong communication with internal teams, clients, and third-party inspectorsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
