With a reputation for reliability and growth, they are looking for leaders who want to be part of building something long-term.Job DescriptionThe Quality Control Manager - Utilities - Clarke County, VA will be responsible for:Conducting site inspections and quality audits for utility installation (power, telecom, gas)Ensuring adherence to specifications, standards, and safety regulations (OSHA, NEC, NESC)Reviewing construction drawings and verifying field execution aligns with designCreating and managing QC documentation, checklists, and reportingTraining field staff on installation best practices, safety, and quality expectationsCoordinating with PMs, foremen, and subcontractors to resolve field quality issuesLeading root cause analysis and implementing process improvementsSupporting project closeout with as-built documentation and final inspectionsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
