This role offers a true rotating shift schedule, requiring commitment to work every other weekend. As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that each patient receives the attentiveness and treatment they deserve. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for a designated group of patients.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.- Adhere to all safety and health protocol regulations, including flu and COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.- BLS/CPR certification required.- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.- Must be able to commit to a true rotating schedule, including weekend shifts. Shift Details: - Shift Type: Night Shift (12 hours)- Required Work Hours: 36 hours per week- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend - Vaccination Requirement: Flu and COVID vaccination required, with medical/religious declinations accepted.
