This position offers the opportunity to work night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, three nights per week. As an integral part of the emergency department, the ER Nurse plays a critical role in providing immediate and efficient care to patients experiencing life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and stabilize patients presenting with emergency conditions.- Collaborate effectively with physicians, fellow nurses, and healthcare professionals to determine the best course of treatment.- Make quick and accurate decisions under pressure to ensure patient safety and care.- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support during difficult times.- Maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating compassion and empathy.- Work independently as well as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Qualifications: - Active RN License.- BLS, ACLS, PAL, and TNCC certification required.- Strong knowledge of emergency medicine, critical care, and trauma care.- Excellent assessment and clinical skills.- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.- Proficient communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
