Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to drive business goals and strategic decisions.
• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Manage and develop a small finance team while supporting over 50 company leaders with financial insights.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to assess trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support key initiatives and provide financial guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience; healthcare industry and leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in financial systems (General Ledger, Budgeting, Cost Accounting) and US GAAP.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
