Job Overview

Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree; ongoing education and certifications preferred
- Five years of HR experience, including two in a generalist or business partner role within manufacturing
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and company culture development
- Must be familiar with New York labor laws and bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Systems Administration: Oversee HRIS systems, ensure data accuracy, and support payroll processes.
- Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark salaries, manage HRIS updates, and support employee benefits and incentive programs.
- Employee Relations & Development: Handle employee relations, performance reviews, training, and engagement initiatives.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to employment laws, manage safety incidents, and facilitate workers compensation processes.
Physical & Travel Requirements
This is an onsite position with up to 25% travel. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform related physical activities.
Additional Details
Salary range: $85,000 - $125,000. Employment type: Full-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior. Industry: Manufacturing.
