Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. This role requires a proactive and strategic leader who can oversee all aspects of HR operations, including compliance, employee relations, and hiring processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR systems and a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate management and communication of options.
  • Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, addressing any related issues proactively.
  • Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge related to HR practices.
  • Monitor HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in human resources management, ideally in a leadership capacity.
    • Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and HCM platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
    • Experience with managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Expertise in administering benefit programs and related functions.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive improvements.
