About the Role
As
Personal Lines Account Manager , you will join a fast-paced group that manages all personal risk policies from A to Z for one of the largest insurance brokers in Dallas. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience and is seeking to advance their career in a close-knit team. The portfolio mainly includes middle market home & auto policies, with plans for expansion into the private client/high net worth sector. Duties & Responsibilities Key responsibilities include: Processing policy changes, additions, billing, claims status updates, and renewals efficiently Maintaining and updating coverage summaries, preparing binders, and ensuring accuracy of new policies before client delivery Skills & Experience Minimum of three (3) years of experience servicing personal lines policies (home and auto) Experience in an independent agency setting is required State insurance license Job Specifications Location:
Dallas, TX Schedule:
The agency offers a flexible schedule with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote. Computers and dual monitors are provided for home setup.
