What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and implement detailed project work plans and manage all phases of project development - Create and oversee project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with goals - Identify required resources and assign responsibilities across internal teams and external partners - Draft scopes of work for RFPs and manage the procurement process - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of two (2) years of commercial real estate experience - B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred - Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in a construction project accountability role - Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects - Superior oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Proven leadership ability and technical background in project management - Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects effectively - Experience with project management and accounting systems - Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
