What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and implement detailed project work plans, managing all phases of project development - Create and oversee project budgets and schedules, monitoring timelines and expenditures - Identify required resources and assign responsibilities across internal teams and external partners - Draft scopes of work for RFPs and contracts, managing the RFP process and vendor relations - Maintain regular communication with internal and external clients to ensure high-quality service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of two (2) years of commercial real estate experience - B.S. Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred - Minimum of five (5) years of directly related experience in a construction-related project accountability role - Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects and ability to read construction specifications - Highly organized with superior oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Proven leadership ability and administrative skills - Experience working in an advisory and/or project management capacity - Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects effectively - Willingness to travel as needed
