Candidates Qualities
Classical training and experience in Italian cuisine
Manages all aspects of the kitchen
Cost control; responsible for the financial results of the kitchen
Genuine enjoyment of working with people
Passionate, energetic, and detail oriented
Ability to successfully lead and manage a team
2 Years of relevant experience
