Associate Director, Brand/OmniChannel Analytics- PHARMA
Professional!
Responsibilities
Support Brand Stakeholders with their business objectives through data driven strategies
Understand campaign needs and gather accurate data that can be measured
Provide insights through all reporting measures for all omnichannel promotions
Develop M/L algorithms for targeted campaigns
Develop predictive models to identify HCP engagements
Trouble shoot any data quality issues that may happen
Implement KPIs for measurement of campaigns
Qualifications
Master’s + 8 years, in data science/stat in the Pharmaceutical domain.
Expertise in coding Python, SQL, or R
Knowledge of patient -level data
Expertise in M/L, promotion response and and predictive modeling
Understanding the Omnichannel concepts along with working Google/Adobe Analytics
Familiarity with compliance standards, data privacy, and pharmaceutical/healthcare industries.
