Under the direction of the Head of North America Compensation, the Senior Compensation Analyst will assist in the administration and support of daily compensation activities, annual processes, program management, and ad-hoc projects. Provides support in consultation to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, offer development, and salary structure development. Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will support as an internal consultant for the Manufacturing organization on compensation-related matters such as pay adjustments, job evaluation, and offers for new hires and promotions Support the annual compensation processes, including salary planning, incentive and bonus plans Support the development of compensation training materials and facilitate trainings Implement annual and ad-hoc compensation survey participation, assess survey needs/gaps, and provide recommendations Build and maintain internal compensation tools for HR, people managers and employees Qualifications
I have sufficient technical knowledge of compensation theories and principles, compensation program design, and applicable laws and regulations in the US and/or Canada I have the ability to effectively connect with internal business partners in a matrix environment I have the ability to conduct analyses of large data sets and handle projects I have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software I have intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis skills, support team in building visualizations and summaries in Tableau/Power BI and ad-hoc analytics in Power Point Compensation & Benefits
