What's on the Menu: Driving the removal of FD&C colors from the North America portfolio as the Business Operations lead for all Portfolio Evolution workstreams across all 31 manufacturing facilities. Lead commercialization efforts for large-scale projects, platform innovation programs, or significant capital-related initiatives. Review project timelines and costs regularly, facilitate creation of mitigation/contingency plans, and manage communication. Ensure effective team engagement with manufacturing, R&D, supply planning, and engineering. Ensure appropriate capacity for new business initiatives and growth plans across the product lifecycle. Develop and recommend alternatives, provide updates to stakeholders, escalate concerns, and define options/trade-offs. Lead internal feasibility assessments and business cases to support business scoping requests. Identify impacts across the supply chain concerning cost of goods sold, capacity utilization, manufacturing efficiency, quality, and safety. Assist in developing and assessing financial targets, including capital requirements, trial activities, and start-up expenses. Support productivity projects to deliver cost reductions. Partner with External Manufacturing managers and procurement to deliver scoping activities outside current capabilities. Participate in stakeholder governance forums, including monthly reporting to Supply Chain directors and leadership teams. Recipe for Success: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing, business development, or HQ business teams. Minimum of 3 years project management experience for consumer products (preferred). Minimum of 1 year experience in basic marketing/finance principles (preferred). Minimum of 1 year plant manufacturing experience (preferred). $118,400.00 - $148,000.00 Bonus:

Performance-based bonus as per plan terms. Compensation will consider internal equity and vary based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefits:
