Content Strategist
As a Content Strategist you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and personalized content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging copy for site merchandising paid ads social media search ads online ads and email campaigns. This role is hybrid and requires no travel offering a perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3-4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office. + Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand presence across digital platforms. + Create personalized copy for site merchandising that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. + Design compelling paid ads copy that captures attention and encourages conversions. + Craft engaging social media copy for organic posts and ads to boost brand visibility and interaction. + Write effective search ads copy that improves search engine rankings and attracts potential customers. + Produce online ads copy that is persuasive and aligns with marketing objectives. + Develop email copy that fosters customer relationships and increases open and click-through rates. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging. + Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes. + Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. + Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. + Utilize data-driven insights to personalize content and enhance user experience. + Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and reach. Qualifications
Required Skills: + 8+ years of relevant work experience + Possess strong experience in content strategy and creation across multiple digital channels. + Demonstrate expertise in personalization techniques to tailor content for diverse audiences. + Exhibit proficiency in crafting copy for site merchandising paid ads and social media. + Show capability in writing search ads and online ads copy that drives results. + Have a proven track record in developing effective email marketing campaigns. + Display excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Applications will be accepted until 09/17/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $72,444 $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
