We are seeking an experienced Content Strategist with 8 to 10 years of expertise in crafting compelling and personalized content across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging copy for site merchandising, paid ads, social media, search ads, online ads, and email campaigns. This role involves developing and executing content strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand presence. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $85,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Create personalized copy for site merchandising that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. Craft compelling paid ads copy that captures attention and encourages conversions. Design engaging social media copy for both organic posts and ads to increase brand awareness and audience interaction. Write effective search ads copy that improves search engine visibility and attracts potential customers. Produce online ads copy that communicates key messages and supports marketing campaigns. Develop email copy that fosters customer relationships and promotes product offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization and personalization. Ensure all content adheres to legal and ethical standards. Manage content calendars and timelines to meet project deadlines. Qualifications: Possess strong expertise in crafting personalized content for various digital channels. Demonstrate proficiency in site merchandising copy and paid ads copy creation. Exhibit experience in social media copywriting for both organic and paid content. Show capability in writing search ads and online ads copy. Have a proven track record in developing effective email copy. Display strong analytical skills to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions.
