About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a multi-project environment, ensuring the accuracy of WIP schedules, job costing, and revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP and construction accounting standards. This high-impact position also involves managing accounting operations, reviewing contracts for financial and risk considerations, and driving financial process improvements through the implementation of technology solutions. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred. The role demands a strong knowledge of construction accounting principles, WIP reporting, and percentage-of-completion methods, as well as experience in managing cash flow, bonding capacity, and compliance requirements.
