About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of its construction division. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, with a particular emphasis on work-in-progress (WIP) reporting and construction industry standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, providing leadership to a small accounting and finance team, and partnering with the CEO/Owner in strategic planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of WIP reporting, and a proven track record as a CFO. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or CPA.

The successful CFO will be a key figure in driving financial discipline while maintaining the company's collaborative and approachable culture. The role is pivotal in ensuring the company's continued growth and stability, particularly in its trusted presence within the industry.
