This role requires a hands-on approach, providing leadership to a small accounting and finance team, and partnering with the CEO/Owner in strategic planning and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of WIP reporting, and a proven track record as a CFO. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or CPA.

The role is pivotal in maintaining the company's strong reputation and trusted presence in the industry, particularly with large, reputable healthcare facilities.
