1 year in Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice Role Responsibilities: Handle cases from inception through trial Conduct legal research and draft motions Take depositions and appear in court or conferences Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies Manage multiple cases simultaneously Qualifications: Proficiency in Medical Malpractice defense and/or personal injury law Experience drafting and arguing motions Experience conducting depositions Ability to represent clients in court Excellent communication skills Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the New Jersey Bar
