Bringing Ingenuity to Life The Health Data Platforms team at PA Consulting specializes in managed software services for healthcare quality measurement and reporting. We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our healthcare software products, ensuring compliance with regulations such as CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services). This role involves applying ingenuity to build data platforms for the clinical and biopharmaceutical communities, aiming to improve healthcare outcomes. Job Summary:

The CMS Regulatory Specialist will ensure our software provides customer value while complying with regulations and quality initiatives. This individual will work closely with the product development team as a Product Manager, guiding the creation and enhancement of healthcare quality measurement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Management within a software development environment and extensive client interaction experience. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Product Owner, defining product vision, roadmap, and requirements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements and incorporate investment areas into the development backlog. Stay current with CMS regulations to proactively address impacts on our products. Monitor and interpret CMS guidelines to ensure compliance. Act as the primary contact for CMS inquiries and audits. Provide training on CMS regulatory requirements to internal teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in policy, regulatory affairs, IT, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in software product management, especially in healthcare quality reporting. Proven experience as a Product Owner in software development. Understanding of CMS quality programs like MIPS, MACRA, and HEDIS. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Product management certification (e.g., CSPO) is a plus. Additional Information This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office or on client site per week, with flexibility based on assignment.
