About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Direct Retail Channel Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and execution of marketing programs that directly influence the awareness, consideration, and purchase of its financial products. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering integrated marketing programs targeting various client segments, including direct retail, intermediary, and institutional clients. This role demands a professional with a strong background in multi-channel marketing, encompassing advertising, direct marketing, content, social media, virtual events, public relations, paid search, and web experience. The VP will work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing strategy and messaging alignment, and will be at the forefront of leading marketing initiatives from conception to execution.

Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant marketing experience, with a preference for those with a background in financial services or product marketing. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is also preferred. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of equity markets, portfolio construction principles, and the ETF structure, as well as familiarity with registered product distribution and relevant marketing rules. Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, creative in their approach, and adept at using CRM and reporting systems.
