Overview
We’re seeking a passionate and strategic leader to oversee global workplace operations, programs, and employee engagement initiatives for our client. This role sits within the People & Culture team and is responsible for creating energizing, inclusive, and productive work environments across multiple international offices. You’ll lead a growing team focused on office services, workplace programs, and events, while managing vendor relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to shape the future of work.
Base pay range $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Contract Contract 6 months with possible conversion
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Operations & Programs
Manage day-to-day office operations including reception, mail, and supplies
Oversee amenities and programs such as food & beverage, wellness, visitor services, and remote offerings
Maintain internal workplace resources and lead onboarding sessions for new hires
Support real estate and facilities projects as needed
Lead and develop Site Leads across global offices
Foster a high-performing, service-oriented team culture
Set goals, delegate tasks, track performance, and provide coaching and recognition
Events & Engagement
Plan and execute internal events (e.g., holiday parties, cultural celebrations, team offsites, town halls)
Support external events such as client meetings and conferences
Measure event success through engagement, feedback, and ROI
Guide Site Leads on local event strategy and execution
Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
Prepare and manage budgets for global workplace programs
Analyze financial data to drive savings and maximize ROI
Strategic Collaboration
Align workplace experience with company culture and brand
Partner with departments including IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and People & Culture
Champion inclusive and accessible programs for an agile workforce
Commit to diversity, inclusion, and belonging goals
About You
8–10+ years of experience in workplace operations or facilities, ideally in global tech environments
Proven leadership experience managing teams of 6+ direct reports
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience with executive-level stakeholders
Skilled in change management, process improvement, and vendor oversight
Passionate about team development and people empowerment
Comfortable with system implementation and project execution
Able to travel up to 35% as needed
Demonstrated commitment to values-driven leadership
