Overview The Vice President of IT & Systems is a senior technology leader responsible for building and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms. This role emphasizes solution development, system integration, and operational excellence to ensure that business-critical systems—including ERP, CRM, contact center platforms, and business analytics—work seamlessly together. The VP of IT & Systems will guide the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of applications and infrastructure that directly support business operations and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Applications & Integration — Oversee and improve ERP, CRM, contact center, and analytics platforms with a focus on integration across functions; Lead solution development efforts, including configuration, customization, and workflow optimization; Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational requirements.

Data & Analytics — Oversee reporting, dashboards, and analytics that drive operational decision-making; Implement sound database practices, ensuring data quality, consistency, and security; Support development of APIs, ETL, and integrations for data flows across platforms.

Security & Compliance — Enforce cybersecurity practices across infrastructure and applications; Maintain compliance with industry and customer requirements; Regularly assess and mitigate IT risks.

Leadership & Team — Build and mentor an IT team with strong technical skills in systems, applications, and data; Encourage a culture of practical problem-solving and solution delivery; Provide technical guidance and support for development and integration projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

12+ years of progressive IT leadership, with significant experience managing enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Proven success in solution development and system integration across ERP, CRM, contact center, and analytics platforms.

IT certifications in programming, databases, CRM, or ERP systems strongly preferred.

Hands-on background in programming and analytics a plus.

Strong technical knowledge of cloud platforms, SaaS models, networking, and database technologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Vendor and project management experience in implementing enterprise systems.
