Overview This Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) role is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment at our client facility. This role will work a hybrid schedule at our Mobile manufacturing facility: 3 days per week onsite and 2 days per week remote.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for roles at all levels of the organization, from entry-level through senior leadership. Develop and deploy advanced sourcing strategies, including cold calling and network development.

Identifying opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with managers, and assess candidate fit through effective interviewing and testing. Ensure a positive new hire experience.

Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies to meet hiring goals with the best possible talent.

Supporting Workforce Development initiatives.

Conducting pre-screen interviews to provide a down-select slate of candidates to the hiring team for consideration.

Employment details

Contract type: Temporary (contract) position with potential extension or shortening.

Location/Schedule: Hybrid schedule at the Mobile manufacturing facility (onsite 3 days per week, remote 2 days per week).

Qualifications

Required Experience: 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interviewing experience

Preferred Experience: Talent Acquisition experience in the manufacturing industry

Preferred Licensure/Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP
