Job Details We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced, and passionate Personal Injury Trial Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, remote position, offering a unique opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases from the comfort of your own home. As a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer, you will represent our clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in legal proceedings and manage litigation from start to finish.
Draft and review legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Handle motor vehicle accident cases with potential exposure to other personal injury matters (e.g., premises liability, dog bites).
Maintain a high volume of cases with strong organization and communication.
Conduct legal research and apply complex laws and regulations.
Negotiate favorable settlements for clients with strong advocacy.
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
Work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and discipline.
Qualifications
Must possess an Indiana Bar License and be in good standing with the State Bar Association.
At least 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years focused on personal injury law.
Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of favorable settlements.
Strong research and analytical skills; ability to interpret and apply complex laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication skills for court presentations and client interactions.
Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality.
Ability to work independently remotely with high self-motivation and discipline.
Experience with plaintiffs' personal injury cases is highly preferred.
Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
