We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced Personal Injury Trial Lawyer to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, remote position, offering a unique opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases from the comfort of your own home. As a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer, you will represent our clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and manage and advise clients on legal transactions. Base pay

$85,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Benefits

Remote No billables Growth & Career Advancement Commission + Strong Earning Potential Responsibilities

Represent clients in legal proceedings in personal injury matters, primarily motor vehicle accident cases, with occasional exposure to other personal injury matters like premises liability and dog bites. Draft legal documents and manage client communications and legal transactions. Qualifications

Must possess an Indiana Bar License and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience is required, with at least 2 of those years focused on personal injury law. Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex laws and regulations. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present information in court and to clients. Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. Experience with plaintiffs\' personal injury cases is highly preferred. Proficiency in legal research software and other relevant technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act decisively.
