This is a permanent, remote Personal Injury Trial Lawyer position focusing on motor vehicle accident cases, with occasional exposure to other personal injury matters such as premises liability and dog bites. Represent clients in legal proceedings related to personal injury, draft legal documents, and manage client relationships and transactions. Handle complex and challenging cases from a remote setting, maintaining high standards of client communication and case management. Qualifications
Must possess an Indiana Bar License and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with at least 2 years in personal injury law. Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases and negotiate favorable settlements. Strong research, analytical, and communication skills for in-court and client interactions. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and discipline. Experience with plaintiffs' personal injury cases preferred.
