We are seeking a Personal Injury Trial Lawyer to join our remote team. This is a permanent, remote position focused primarily on motor vehicle accident cases, with occasional exposure to other personal injury matters such as premises liability and dog bites. Responsibilities
Represent clients in legal proceedings and draft legal documents. Advise clients on legal transactions and manage case strategy from remote settings. Handle complex and challenging personal injury cases with a focus on trial work. Qualifications
Must possess an Indiana Bar License and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association. Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years in personal injury law. Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases and achieve favorable settlements. Excellent negotiation, research, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills for in-court presentations and client conversations. Commitment to professional ethics and client confidentiality. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with self-motivation and discipline. Experience with plaintiffs' personal injury cases is highly preferred. Proficiency in legal research software and related technologies. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Compensation
Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 per year Employment type
