HR Supervisor

to join our team and help support a safe, productive, and employee-focused workplace. Position Summary

The

HR Supervisor

will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, providing leadership in areas such as employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, payroll coordination, and training. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and will have prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviews, offers, and orientation for new employees. Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Compliance:

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies and safety regulations specific to cold storage and warehouse operations. Payroll & Benefits Support:

Coordinate payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in collaboration with the payroll team. Performance Management:

Support supervisors in evaluating performance, addressing issues, and facilitating coaching or disciplinary actions when necessary. Training & Development:

Organize safety training, compliance workshops, and skill-building sessions to enhance employee performance and workplace safety. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate employee records and prepare regular reports for management on HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, and staffing needs. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Benefits
