Job Description: Director of Receivables, Collections, Finance, Accounting Services for multi-facility operations Requirements include:
Strong hospital experience with advanced knowledge of healthcare A/R, collections, insurance, and appeals
Understanding of Compliance Guidelines
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies
Familiarity with hospital revenue cycle operations including Health Information Management, Patient Access, Clinical Quality/Case Management, Management Information Systems, Accounting, and Finance
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
Intermediate writing skills
Ability to provide advanced customer service
Ability to train, mentor, and coach staff
Must haves:
Strong leadership in a multi-facility hospital setting with notable accomplishments and steady work history
BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health Administration
5+ to 7 years of experience as a Manager or Director responsible for hospital A/R, Collections, A/P, Revenue Cycle Management across multiple facilities
Willingness to travel to various locations
