About the Role The Company is seeking a VP People Strategy to join their mission of making work more fulfilling for everyone. This role is pivotal in creating the global gold standard for human-centered, AI-first people practices. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner, a credible public voice, and a leader deeply curious about and experienced in the impact of AI on work. Responsibilities include shaping and sharing the vision for people-first and AI-enabled workplaces, partnering with founders and leaders to navigate scaling challenges, and fostering a thriving culture that champions learning, feedback, DEIB, and psychological safety. The VP will also be instrumental in leading change with purpose, driving impactful organizational changes, and ensuring the company's values are upheld across global teams.
The ideal candidate for the VP People Strategy role at the company will have a proven track record as a people leader, with the ability to mentor both individual contributors and senior leaders. They should be adept at leading global teams and building unity across regions, particularly in lean, founder-led environments. Experience in growing a SaaS business and a passion for making work fulfilling for teams, customers, and the wider community are essential.
