Accounting Manager / Finance Manager Manufacturing
Location: Osseo, MN (Onsite with potential for hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: $110,000 $130,000 base salary plus bonus
Step into a high-impact accounting role with a global manufacturing leader.
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager or Finance Manager to oversee core accounting operations for a key business unit generating approximately 60 to 70 million dollars in annual revenue. This individual contributor role reports directly to the local Controller and offers both visibility and ownership in financial reporting, close processes, and cross-functional financial projects.

What You Will Do

• Lead general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close processes in coordination with finance and operations teams
• Prepare and review internal financial reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies
• Collaborate with site leadership on inventory accounting, cost tracking, and operational reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with the FP&A team
• Contribute to special projects and provide ad hoc financial support as needed
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Strong experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and period-close best practices
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities across functions
• Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
