Job Description
Seeking Bilingual CSRs to work at the Customer Contact Center. This role provides unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients with questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries. The ideal candidate will be professional, efficient, and capable of handling high call volumes with accuracy and courtesy.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously, assisting with Medicaid-related inquiries. Provide clear and unbiased support regarding eligibility, claim status, and program questions. Document all call interactions in accurate and concise online logs. Transfer callers to other call center units when appropriate. Assist with problem resolution in a professional manner. Adhere to strict attendance and performance standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements
Bilingual test results required . Resumes must clearly show a
recent minimum of six months' experience in a high-volume contact center/call center . Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite . Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work any shift between 7:00 AM ? 7:00 PM.
