The Account Manager is responsible for the overall management of client relationships and projects, including overseeing execution, owning the project, championing the vision, planning, and handling program elements and financial management. You’ll work across a few projects of various shapes and sizes overseeing a Coordinator and supervised by an Account Director or Account Supervisor to support client relations and project management. Oversee execution and financial management of programs; own the project and champion the vision. Plan and manage program elements across projects of various shapes and sizes; supervise a Coordinator and report to an Account Director or Account Supervisor to support client relations and project management. Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced experiential, content, social and digital environment; contribute beyond traditional accounts or producing roles. Required Skills and Experience / Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Experience in the beverage alcohol category (beer, wine, or spirits) with a strong understanding of on-premise activation, including bar, restaurant, and nightlife environments. Demonstrated success executing experiential programs within the beverage alcohol space, with knowledge of legal compliance, sampling regulations, and brand building in on-premise channels. Demonstrates an understanding of the essentials of marketing. Tech savvy and complete knowledge of Microsoft Office; especially strong proficiency in Excel. Experience in creating, tracking, and actualizing budgets. Possesses strong strategic planning, communication, and executional skills. Experience in managing and overseeing multiple direct reports in the field (Brand Ambassadors). Experience interacting with creative team and communicating briefs and feedback. Knowledge of social media campaigns and integrating social media into live activations. The ability to meet or exceed client expectations in account management of industry/category/brand knowledge. Naturally high standards, a strong work ethic and be able to thrive in a team atmosphere. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and project management skills. The ability to drive and/or assist in the steps necessary to launch various programs and implement strategies. Experience with sourcing event materials through various vendors, as well as negotiating competitive pricing. Experience in working with venues, knowledge of union rules for venues, venue fee structure as well as procurement of public permits in large cities across the United States. Able to work outside of normal business hours. Quick thinking and ability to be resourceful in high-pressure situations. Details
