Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injury team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing cases, conducting research, and ensuring a smooth litigation process for our clients. This role is crucial for providing excellent service and contributing to favorable outcomes in personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence. Conduct legal research related to personal injury cases, including statutes, case law, and regulations. Manage case files, ensuring all documents are organized and up to date. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and schedule appointments. Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial preparation as needed. File documents with courts and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. Assist with discovery processes, including gathering, reviewing, and summarizing evidence. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting. Previous experience as a legal assistant, preferably in personal injury or plaintiff law. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
