A leading Commercial Real Estate Property Management firm is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial office buildings in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience, with exposure to Property Management/Accounting software and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Responsibilities

Oversee the operations of a portfolio of office properties to achieve superior operational results and financial performance. Develop and manage annual operating budgets, adhering to company and building policies. Manage building staffing, vendors, service contracts and service providers. Review and understand all lease requirements, operating rules, and tenant requirements. Collaborate with building owners to oversee tenant improvements and building upgrades. Ensure excellent customer service, handling tenant relations, and addressing concerns in a timely manner. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure maintenance standards are met. Supervise on-site personnel and handle all personnel-related matters, including reviews and training. Monitor the performance of mechanical systems and coordinate preventive maintenance. Prepare operating budgets, approve expenses, and manage financial performance reports. Maintain adherence to safety regulations and operational standards. Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Commercial Real Estate experience (required). College Degree in business, real estate, finance, marketing, or another related field. Proficient in MS Office and experience with Property Management/Accounting software. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate a professional and proactive attitude. Customer service-focused, dependable, and self-motivated with a "can-do" approach. Valid drivers license Benefits
