Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, with a strong focus on asbestos-related cases Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances Develop case strategies and provide counsel to clients throughout the litigation process Collaborate with internal legal teams and support staff to ensure case efficiency Qualifications & Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills Please submit your resume to apply!
