Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Miami, FL. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, nurturing a positive working environment, and handling disciplinary actions and grievance complaints efficiently and effectively.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with HR software and systems
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is a plus
